Toshikoshi Soba 年越しそば

When I was in Thailand, I tried the most amazing buckwheat noodles – called soba in the Japanese cuisine. Back home I remembered that I had green tea soba noodles! xD In Japan it’s tradition to have a steaming hot bowl of soba on New Year’s eve while reflecting on the past year and eating these year-crossing noodles. The year 2020 has already advanced to March (almost), but on Monday I still have a new beginning to celebrate – my new job! :) I think it’s a good tradition to start for any new beginnings xD You can find the recipe HERE!
