Nachos & Salsa

On Saturday I put together a little Mexican party! As a starter I served nachos & homemade salsa. For the main dish I had chili con carne that I had already prepared the day before to let it sit long enough to develop the full flavor. Just as the guests arrived, we made a fresh flatbread and afterwards, I served nachos with minced beef, beans, salsa, jalapenos and sprinkled with Gruyère. For dessert I made a sous-vide crème catalana – all with erythritol, even the flambéed caramel crust! And of course we had cocktails! Caipirinha, strawberry, raspberry and blueberry daiquiri! Quite a success :)
