Caramel Chocolate Tart with Fleur de Sel

Caramel. Chocolate. Tart. This is the stuff dreams are made of! I made a first attempt of cooking caramel with erythritol! You’ll find the basic caramel recipe here. It doesn’t quite specify the amount of butter however, I simply used a tablespoon of butter. And I took my basic go-to-recipe for the best shortcrust. So, we have the perfect shortcrust, a layer of caramel, a layer of xylitol chocolate and a pinch of fleur de sel. It’s only missing some strawberries :D but I guess I will have to be a bit more patient for that dream to be fulfilled. Have a lovely Sunday.
