Gooseberry Meringue Tart

It’s gooseberry season! Yaaay :) It always reminds me of the time my grandma used to bake and cook with them. She would pick them freshly from her garden and make something beautiful out of it! I’m again and again surprised how much those early years influenced me in my taste and love for food! :) I altered the recipe a bit (as usual), using ground hazelnuts and of course erythritol instead of sugar and much much less than the recipe demands ;)
