Chocolate Cravings

When the chocolate cravings hit, there’s not much you can do, but give in ;) But, what do you do when you see everyone outside getting ice cream and you know you could eat that of course, but then you get the bill a few days later? The reason I started avoiding sugar was because my blood sugar kicks in super fast which results in hormone boosts and finally bad skin. So, I wanted to try this sugar free version, using only erythritol / xylitol. But everyone who’s cooked for a while, also knows that to make something truly satisfactory, you don’t just need sweetness, but also FAT! So mixing cacao powder with milk and sweetener is nice, but it really only becomes this irresistible delight when you add whipped cream (and some extra dark chocolate on top for looks and flavor) to it! :) Try it yourself and share your thoughts, I’d love to hear them :)
