Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Can you feel it? There’s a spring vibe in the air already! The air smells like warmer days, the birds are starting to sing again… I felt like it was time for a apple crumble cheesecake! :) You can find the original (German) recipe HERE. I actually only did half, because I only had 500 g curd at home and I left the butter out of the cheesecake filling. It was just as fine ;) I recorded the light rain during our walk today and the birds singing… tune in :)
