Anise Biscotti

Lately when it’s cold and rainy outside and my throat feels a bit sore, I make myself a hot anise tea. I always haaated licorice, but at the moment my body tells me I need exactly that spice to fight the cold. And of course, to have something to nibble while breathing the vapor of the hot drink, a biscotti with anise, cacao nibs and black tea aroma make an excellent choice! :) You can check out the recipe HERE. I merely changed to sugar to erythritol and instead of chocolate I used a handful cacao nibs and a tsp black tea leaves. Enjoy! :)
